2.      Authorization to Expend 2001 Bond Funds - James Buchanan

         Elementary School - Main Sewer Line Replacement - Change Order

         Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The contractor, C. E. Ankiewicz Trucking, has agreed to issue a credit for unused project material allowance for a total deduct in the amount of $2,700.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorizes a change order credit in the amount of $2,700 to C. E. Ankiewicz Trucking, for the unused project material allowance.
