11.     Renewal of Maintenance Agreement - Genicom Printers

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The current maintenance agreement on Genicom printers expires August 31, 2003. The maintenance agreement covers unlimited onsite service calls, parts, labor, and travel time.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the administration be authorized to renew the maintenance agreement with Peripheral Company, Inc., for the Genicom printers from September 1, 2003, through August 31, 2004, at a cost of $4,656.
