9. Student Discipline - #947173, #961311, and #964614
INFORMATION:
The Board of School Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District has received and reviewed information regarding misconduct by three students in violation of District Policy 233.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed adjudications relating to Student Numbers 947173, 961311, and 964614 thereby excluding the students from the Bethlehem Area School District in accordance with the terms thereof.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 were considered together.
