36.     Renewal of Maintenance Agreement – Mainframe Computer Software

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The current maintenance agreement on the mainframe computer software expires July 31, 2003. The software agreement covers unlimited calls for operating system problems and repairs.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the administration be authorized to renew the maintenance agreement with Digital Controls Corporation for the mainframe computer software from August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004, at a cost of $20,099.88.

 

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,
34, 34a, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50,
51, 52, and 53 were considered together.
