35.      Renewal of Maintenance Agreement Ð Mainframe Computer Hardware

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The current maintenance agreement on the mainframe computer hardware expires June 30, 2003. The hardware agreement covers unlimited service calls, parts, labor, and travel time.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the administration be authorized to renew the maintenance agreement with NCR Corporation for the mainframe computer hardware from July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004, at a cost not to exceed $33,780.
