30. Authorization to Renew Contract with The Wood Company for Food
Service Management
INFORMATION:
The Bethlehem Area School District contract with The Wood Company for food service management services will expire June 30, 2003. This will be the final renewal of the 1999 contract award.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorize the one-year renewal of the food service management contract with The Wood Company, in accordance with the terms of their proposal dated July 7, 1999, and authorize the execution of all documents necessary to complete said contract renewal. The term of the contract renewal will be July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004.
