RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION Ð June 23, 2003
INFORMATION:
At a board facilities committee meeting, the committee reviewed the bidding for stage mezzanine enclosures for the Freedom High School Auditorium and the installation of a folding partition door at the Freedom High School network center for the Monagacci program. The administration needs to submit the attached Self-Certification Applications for Non-Reimbursable Construction Projects to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for the stage mezzanine enclosures and the folding partition door.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorizes the administration to submit the attached Self-Certification Applications for Non-Reimbursable Construction Projects to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for approval of the construction of stage mezzanine enclosures for the Freedom High School auditorium, and the installation of a folding partition door at Freedom High School network center for the Monagacci program.
A copy of the applications are available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 34a, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, and 53 were considered together.
