6.      New Northeast Middle School Construction Project – PlanCon H

         Submittal

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

To continue the PlanCon process the Board of School Directors must certify all submittals to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Additionally, this action certifies that the proposed projects are in conformance with the district’s Long Range Plan of September 26, 1998, and also its amended Comprehensive Special Education Plan. In an effort to keep the PlanCon process for the construction project at the new Northeast Middle School running smoothly, the Board of School Directors must submit PlanCon H, Project Financing.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors approves the attached transmittals of PlanCon labeled Part H, Project Financing, needed to continue the PlanCon process for the new Northeast Middle School Construction Project.

 

A copy of the submittal is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
