Director Craig seconded the motion. The question was called and roll call was as follows: Yea, Directors Leeson, Venanzi, Williams, Craig, Gallagher but abstaining on item 1, Haytmanek, Heske, and Koch. All items except 1 passed 8-0. Item 1 passed 7 yes, 1 abstention, 0 no.
