INFORMATION:
The Board of School Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District has received and reviewed information regarding misconduct by a student in violation of District Policy 233.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed adjudication relating to Student Number 932660, thereby excluding the student from the Bethlehem Area School District in accordance with the terms thereof.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, and 32 were considered together.
