RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - March 17, 2003
INFORMATION:
To continue the PlanCon process, the Board of School Directors must certify all submittals to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Additionally, this action certifies that the proposed projects are in conformance with the District's Long-Range Plan of September 26, 1998, and its amended Comprehensive Special Education Plan. In an effort to keep the PlanCon process for the construction project at Northeast Middle School running smoothly, the Board of Directors must submit PlanCon G, Project Accounting Based on Bids.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors approves the attached transmittals of PlanCon labeled Part G, Project Accounting Based on Bids, needed to continue the PlanCon process for the Northeast Middle School Construction Project. A copy of the bill list is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, and 32 were considered together.
