9.        Rejection of Bids - Bids Opened February 26, 2003 - Asbestos

          Removal - Northeast Middle School

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

Bids were received and publicly opened at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2003, for:

 

                        Asbestos Removal - Northeast Middle School

 

The district plans to use the existing building for district-wide construction phasing; therefore, the project is delayed until a later date.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the bids submitted for the above item be rejected.
