20.     Bid Award - Bids Opened February 5, 2003 - Lawn Care Services

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

Bids were received and publicly opened at noon, Wednesday, February 5, 2003, for:

 

                        Lawn Care Services

 

The bids have been tabulated and reviewed by the appropriate administrative and supervisory personnel. The recommendation of awards is based upon the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications. (The Tabulation of Bids is attached.)

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the administration be authorized to award contracts for a three-year period beginning March 1, 2003, to the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications as indicated on the attached Tabulation of Bids.
