15. Student Discipline - #934903 and #942378
INFORMATION:
The Board of School Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District has received and reviewed information regarding misconduct by two students in violation of District Policy 233.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed adjudications relating to Student Numbers 934903 and 942378, thereby excluding the students from the Bethlehem Area School District in accordance with the terms thereof.
Director Leeson requested that item 15 be split as follows: Item 15a regarding Student Number 934903 Item 15b regarding Student Number 942378 The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15a, 15b, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 were considered together.
