12.     Appointment of Replacement Treasurer for the Bethlehem Area

School District

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

Susan H. Famularo is resigning as treasurer, effective February 28, 2003.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors appoint Kathleen E. McCann as treasurer, effective February 28, 2003, to serve until the expiration of the current term for this office.
