RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - February 24, 2003
INFORMATION:
The cooling tower replacement requires mechanical and electrical permits for compliance with the City of Bethlehem requirements. The contract requires the contractor to obtain the necessary permits and submit them for reimbursement at no markup.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors issue a change order to Worth and Company Inc., for the required permits with no markup at a cost of $2,343.56.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15a, 15b, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 were considered together.
