20.     Bethlehem Area School District Stadium Concession Stands

         Report - 2002

 

 

            INFORMATION:

           

            During the fall sports season of 2002, the Athletic Department, along with volunteer help from the Freedom and the Liberty High Schools' Booster Clubs, operated the concession stands at the Bethlehem Area School District Stadium. The concession stands were open thirty (30) dates for football and soccer games.

           

            The following is the financial report of this endeavor:

           

            2002 RECEIPTS:

           

            Concession Stands                 $50,703.50

            Dick's French Fries                   5,642.50

           

            Total Receipts                                         $56,346.00

           

            2002 DISBURSEMENTS:

           

            Supplies                                 $32,850.90

            Payroll                                    6,036.05

 

            Total Disbursements                               38,886.95

           

            2002 NET PROFIT                                                                          $17,459.05

           

           

            PROFIT DISTRIBUTION:

           

            60% Allocated to the                                    $ 10,475.42

            Freedom High School

            and Liberty High

            School Booster Clubs

            (Each = $5,237.71)

           

            40% Allocated to the District                         6,983.63
