16. Student Discipline - #935235 and #949354
INFORMATION:
The Board of School Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District has received and reviewed information regarding misconduct by two students in violation of District Policy 233.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed adjudications relating to Student Numbers 935235, and 949354, thereby excluding the students from the Bethlehem Area School District in accordance with the terms thereof.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 were considered together.
