3.      Authorization to Expend 2001 Bond Funds - Calypso Elementary

         School Site Improvements - Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The paving project at Calypso Elementary School is completed. The project material allowance on this project is $2,240. The contractor, S & G Paving, has agreed to issue a change order deduct in this amount.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors issue a change order credit in the amount of $2,240 to S & G Paving for the unused project material allowance.
