INFORMATION:
The Board of School Directors has received and reviewed information regarding misconduct by thirteen students in violation of District Policy 233.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed adjudication relating to Student Numbers 929323, 946733, 951218, 939582, 947100, 947131, 945296, 930366, 935877, 935638, 935986, 951536, and 954255 thereby excluding the students from the Bethlehem Area School District in accordance with the terms thereof.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 were considered together.
