17. Salary Increase - Child Care Center Supervisors
INFORMATION:
The Child Care Center Supervisors provide day-to-day management of children in kindergarten through fifth grade. The Bethlehem Area School District's Child Care Center Supervisors provide the consistency and experience that form the foundation for a high quality child care program. Annual wage increases are essential and appropriate.
These employes last received a wage increase on September 1, 2000.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors approve a three percent (3%) wage increase retroactive to September 1, 2001.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 were considered together.
