The administration's recommendations 10, 12, and 23 were considered together.

Director Leeson referred to a list of intramural student help for swimming on
page 18.  She understood that some of these students are going to use this for
community service and not get paid, although a salary is listed.  Patricia
Matthews is doing community service through this endeavor and is listed.
Therefore, her name will be removed from the list.  The athletic department
secretary will check to see if any others on that list are doing their community
service in that manner.
