RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - April 29, 2002
INFORMATION:
At the January 7, 2002, Board Meeting, a contract was awarded to Grace Industries for site work at the Rosemont building. During this work, it was determined that the existing terra cotta pipe that drains the building's storm water system is deteriorated and blocked. Grace Industries proposes to replace the existing pipe with new PVC piping for a cost not to exceed $7,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors award a change order to Grace Industries for the replacement of the deteriorated terra cotta pipe at the Rosemont building with new PVC piping, for a cost not to exceed $7,000.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 were considered together.
