3.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Marvine Elementary School

Construction Project - Change Order Deducts

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Marvine Elementary School Construction Project is complete. The following contractors have agreed to issue credits for unused material allowances and other project credits for a total deduct in the amount of $49,199.24:

 

Albarell Electric, Inc.                                                  - $20,442.24

Eastern Construction Associates, Inc.                        - 9,170.00

Perkiomen Valley Plumbing and Heating, Inc.            - 19,587.00

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize change order deducts to the following contractors at the Marvine Elementary School Construction Project for unused material allowances and other project credits for a total deduct in the amount of $49,199.24:

 

Albarell Electric, Inc.                                                  - $20,442.24

Eastern Construction Associates, Inc.                        - 9,170.00

Perkiomen Valley Plumbing and Heating, Inc.            - 19,587.00

 

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15,
16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 were
considered together.
