2.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Donegan Elementary

School Construction Project - Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Donegan Elementary School Construction Project is complete. The contractor, Dual Temp Company, Incorporated, has agreed to issue credits for unused material allowance and other project credits for a total deduct in the amount of $9,500.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to Dual Temp Company, Incorporated, for unused material allowance and other project credits at the Donegan Elementary School Construction Project for a total deduct in the amount of $9,500.
