RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION - April 29, 2002                                

 

 

1.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Bids Opened March 22,

2002, Main Sewer Line Replacement - Spring Garden Elementary School

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

Bids were received and publicly opened at 12:01 p.m., Friday, March 22, 2002, for:

 

            Main Sewer Line Replacement - Spring Garden Elementary School

 

The bids have been tabulated and reviewed by the appropriate administrative and supervisory personnel. The recommendation of award is based upon the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications. (The Tabulation of Bids is attached.)

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the administration be authorized to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications as indicated on the attached Tabulation of Bids.

considered together.
