RECOMMENDATION:
That the bills, which have been reviewed as to correctness by the appropriate Business Office staff and verified by the treasurer, be approved for payment. A copy of the bill list is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.

Director Venanzi seconded the motion. The question was called and roll call was as follows: Yea, Directors Heske, Koch, Leeson, Venanzi, Williams, Amato - except no on items 8 and 16 in order not to continue to add to the cost of the Regional Academics Standards Academy, Craig - except no on item 8, Gallagher - except abstaining on item 14, and Haytmanek. All items except 8, 14, and 16 passed 9 - 0. Item 8 passed 7 - 2. Item 14 passed 8 - 0 with 1 abstention. Item 16 passed 8 - 1.
