MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN

BETHLEHEM AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT

BOARD OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS

AND

BETHLEHEM EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

 

 

 

 

WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District (Board) and the Bethlehem Education Association (Association) have entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement (Agreement) and,

 

 

WHEREAS, The parties wish to clarify a matter relating to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment,

 

 

THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the parties agree to the following:

 

 

1.     Driver education instruction in the District is divided between theory and practice in driving a car on the road.

 

2.     The Association agrees that the district may, at its discretion, subcontract the on the road practice portion of the driver education instructional program.

 

 

 

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have caused their names to be subscribed by their duly authorized officers and representatives the 18th day of March, 2002.
