INFORMATION:
On September 24, 2001, the board authorized the administration to accept an offer of $487 for the above-referenced Parcel/Property P6SW2C-8-11/514.5/ Hoch Street held in the Northampton County Repository.
The county recently sent correspondence to the district indicating that the person withdrew their bid, however, they received a bid of $800 from another individual.
The Tax Claim Bureau has evaluated the offer and considers it to be a fair offer and desires the property to be sold.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorize the administration to send the Tax Claim Bureau written consent to accept the offer of $800 for Parcel /Property P6SW2C-8-11/514.5/Hoch Street.
