RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
ADMINISTRATION - February 25, 2002
INFORMATION:
The William Penn Elementary School Roof Replacement
Project is complete. The contractor, Alan Kunsman Roofing and Siding, has
agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $3,062.50 for unused material
allowance.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorize a change
order deduct to Alan Kunsman Roofing and Siding for unused material allowance
at the William Penn Elementary School Roof Replacement Project, for a credit in
the amount of $3,062.50.
