RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
ADMINISTRATION - February 25, 2002
INFORMATION:
At
the January 7, 2002, Special Board Meeting, contracts were awarded for
miscellaneous improvements at the Rosemont building. Due to the program needs
of the Regional Academic Standards Academy and SPARK Program, some of the
existing rooms are being reconfigured to maximize the space utilization. These
changes will require additional air-conditioning units and associated work. In
addition, some roof flashing work is required to maintain the roof warranty.
The following contractors have agreed to do this additional work with the
amounts not to exceed listed below:

RECOMMENDATION:
That
the Board of School Directors approve change orders for additional work
associated with miscellaneous improvements at the Rosemont building, for
amounts not to exceed:
