1.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds - Donegan Elementary

School Construction Project - Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Donegan Elementary School Construction Project is complete. The contractor, Perkiomen Valley Plumbing and Heating, Incorporated, has agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $17,135 for unused material allowance.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to Perkiomen Valley Plumbing and Heating, Incorporated, for unused material allowance at the Donegan Elementary School Construction Project, for a credit in the amount of $17,135.
