21. Maintenance Agreement - Financial Management System
INFORMATION:
The current software maintenance agreement for the financial management system expired December 31, 2001. That agreement provided for unlimited telephone response for software problems, repairs, and new releases of financial software.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the administration be authorized to contract for an annual software maintenance agreement with Eden Systems, Inc., for the financial management system for the period of January 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, at a cost of $10,474.95.
