20. Lease Agreement - 3713 Linden Street, Bethlehem Township
INFORMATION:
The school district presently leases space on a month-to-month basis at 3713 Linden Street, Bethlehem Township for warehousing furniture and equipment as well as housing the CA/MP Program. It is anticipated that the school district will continue to require use of this space for several more years and has requested a ten-year lease for the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorize the execution and signing of the documents necessary to complete the lease of 3713 Linden Street, Bethlehem Township.
