14. Supplemental Compensation - D'Huy Engineering, Inc.
INFORMATION:
In the absence of a permanent replacement for the director of plant operations, D'Huy Engineering, Inc., is providing additional services beyond its contract with the district. These services include attendance at cabinet meetings and administrative consultation.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorize additional compensation up to a maximum of 16 hours per month at $110 per hour effective January 1, 2002, through August 31, 2002.
