RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION – March 19, 2001

 

 

3.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds – Clearview Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project – Change Order Deducts

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Clearview Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project is complete. The contractors have agreed to issue credits in the following amounts for unused material allowances:

           

            Eastern Construction Assoc., Inc.                  -           $10,407

            Perkiomen Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc.  -             25,970

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize change order deducts for unused material allowances at the Clearview Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project, realizing the following credits:

 

            Eastern Construction Assoc., Inc.                  -           $10,407

            Perkiomen Valley Plumbing & Heating, Inc.  -             25,970

 

 

 

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 were considered together.
