RECOMMENDATIONS
OF THE ADMINISTRATION – March
19, 2001
INFORMATION:
The Lincoln Elementary
School Construction Project is complete. The contractor, MCK Mechanical, has
agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $12,940.47 for unused material
allowance, warranty cost, and punch list cost incurred by the district.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School
Directors authorize a change order deduct to MCK Mechanical for unused material
allowance, warranty cost, and punch list cost incurred by the district at the
Lincoln Elementary School Construction Project, realizing a credit of
$12,940.47.
The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 were considered together.
