2.      Authorization to Expend 1996 Bond Funds – Lincoln Elementary School Construction Project – Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Lincoln Elementary School Construction Project is complete. The contractor, MCK Mechanical, has agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $12,940.47 for unused material allowance, warranty cost, and punch list cost incurred by the district.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to MCK Mechanical for unused material allowance, warranty cost, and punch list cost incurred by the district at the Lincoln Elementary School Construction Project, realizing a credit of $12,940.47.
