Agreement Amendment - Bethlehem Steel Corporation
INFORMATION:
The Bethlehem Area School District has a license agreement between the school district and the Bethlehem Steel that expired December 31, 2000. The license agreement is for use of a section of the Steel’s former main office building located at 701 East Third Street in Bethlehem. The school district desires to amend the agreement to provide an expiration date of June 30, 2001.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors approve the amendment to the license agreement between the school district and the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for the use of one of their facilities by the school district. The board further authorizes the board president to sign the amendment and have the signed amendment sent to the Bethlehem Steel Corporation’s representative. A copy of the amendment is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
