18. Deed of Dedication – Land Adjacent to William Penn Highway – Bethlehem Area School District to Bethlehem Township – PennDOT
INFORMATION:
The Bethlehem Area School District owns a tract of land known as road right-of-way to be dedicated to Bethlehem Township located along the southerly side of William Penn Highway, located on the deed line of the Farmersville Elementary School property. This property is to be deeded for the purpose of road widening.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of School Directors authorizes the signing and execution of the Deed of Dedication William Penn Highway – Road Right-of-Way, for the tract of property described in the aforementioned document. A copy of the deed is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
