RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION – February 26, 2001

 

 

4.      Donegan and Marvine Elementary Schools’ Construction Projects – PlanCon H Submittals

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

            To continue the PlanCon process, the Board of School Directors must certify submittals to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.  Additionally, this action certifies that the proposed project is in conformance with the district’s Long Range Plan of September 26, 1988, and also its amended Comprehensive Special Education Plan.  In an effort to keep the PlanCon process for the construction projects at Donegan and Marvine Elementary Schools running smoothly, the Board of School Directors must submit PlanCon Part H, Project Financing.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors approve the attached transmittals of PlanCon, labeled Part H, Project Financing, needed to continue the PlanCon process for the Donegan and Marvine Elementary Schools’ Construction Projects. A copy of the transmittals of PlanCon is available in the Business Office of the Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.

 

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14,
15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 were considered together.
