RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION – February 26, 2001

 

 

2.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds – Donegan Elementary School Construction Project – Earthwork Testing – Change Order – Board Ratification

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

            The foundation and earthwork activities at the Donegan Elementary School Construction Project have been very time consuming and required a great deal of detail work.  The board was notified that, in order to continue the necessary testing, an additional amount not to exceed $15,000 is required.  The administration and engineer have reviewed this request.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors ratify a change order to Earth Engineering, Incorporated, to provide additional earthwork testing at the Donegan Elementary School Construction Project, for a cost not to exceed $15,000.

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14,
15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 were considered together.
