7.      Bethlehem Area School District Stadium Concession Stands Report – 2000

 

 

            INFORMATION:

           

            During the Fall sports season of 2000, the Athletic Department, along with volunteer help from the Freedom and the Liberty High Schools’ booster clubs, operated the concession stands at the Bethlehem Area School District Stadium.  The concession stands were open twenty-four (24) dates for football and soccer games.

           

            The following is the financial report of this endeavor:

           

            2000 RECEIPTS:

           

            Concession Stands                             $40,193.25

            Dick's French Fries                                4,843.75

           

                 TOTAL RECEIPTS                                            $45,037.00

           

            2000 DISBURSEMENTS:

           

            Supplies                                             $25,174.17

            Payroll                                                   3,391.46

 

                 TOTAL DISBURSEMENTS                              28,565.63

            PROFIT DISTRIBUTION:
