6.      Secondary Schools’ Camera Monitoring Systems Project – Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The Secondary Schools’ Camera Monitoring Systems Project is substantially completed.  The contractor, ADT Security Services, Incorporated, did not fully utilize the material allowances on the project and has agreed to issue the following credits:

 

            Broughal Middle School         -           $1,240

            East Hills Middle School        -                574

            Nitschmann Middle School    -             1,240

            Northeast Middle School        -                922

 

                        Total Credit                            $3,976

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to ADT Security Services, Incorporated, for material allowances not completely utilized on the Secondary Schools’ Camera Monitoring Systems Project as follows:

 

            Broughal Middle School         -           $1,240

            East Hills Middle School        -                574

            Nitschmann Middle School    -             1,240

            Northeast Middle School        -                922

 

                        Total Credit                            $3,976

 

The administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 were considered
together.
