3.      Freemansburg Elementary School Remediation Project – Ceiling Tile Installation - Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

            The ceiling tile installation at the Freemansburg Elementary School Remediation Project is substantially completed.  The contractor, Duggan & Marcon, Incorporated, did not completely utilize the material allowance on the project and has agreed to issue a change order deduct in the amount of $4,740.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to Duggan & Marcon, Incorporated, for material allowance not completely utilized in the installation of ceiling tiles at the Freemansburg Elementary School Remediation Project, realizing a credit of $4,740.
