2.      Authorization to Expend 1998 Bond Funds – East Hills Middle School Sanitary Line Replacement Project – Change Order Deduct

 

 

INFORMATION:

 

The East Hills Middle School Sanitary Line Replacement Project is complete.  The contractor, MCK Mechanical, has agreed to issue a credit in the amount of $3,000 for warranty and punch-list costs incurred by the district.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

That the Board of School Directors authorize a change order deduct to MCK Mechanical for warranty and punch-list costs incurred by the district, realizing a credit of $3,000.
