INFORMATION:


The Board of School Directors of the Bethlehem Area School District has received and
reviewed information regarding misconduct by one student in violation of District Policy
233.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors adopt the proposed agreement relating to Student
Number 942564 thereby excluding the student from the Bethlehem Area School District
in accordance with the terms thereof.
