Salary Increase - Early Childhood Program


INFORMATION:


The S.P.A.R.K. Preschool Program employs instructional assistants who provide
valuable support to the teachers in our preschool classrooms and monitor our children
while riding the school buses.


RECOMMENDATION:

That a rate of $10.06 per hour be approved for instructional assistants, effective
January 1, 2000. The current hourly rate for this position is $9.77 per hour.
