Authorization to Expend 1996 Bond Funds - Buchanan Elementary
School Renovation/Construction Project - Change Order Deduct


INFORMATION:


The Buchanan Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project is substantially
completed. The electrical contractor, Metro Electrical Installations Company, did not
completely utilize the material allowance on the project and has agreed to issue a credit in the
amount of $1,646.18.


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors issue a change order deduct to Metro Electrical
Installations Company for material allowance not completely utilized on the Buchanan
Elementary School Renovation/Construction Project, realizing a credit of $1,646.18.
