Director Craig moved the administration's recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,
30, 31, and 32.  Director Williams seconded the motion.  The question was called
and roll call was as follows:  Yea, Directors Amato, Craig, Gallagher except
abstaining on item 1, Glancy, Heske, Leeson, Venanzi, Williams, and Koch. Motion
passed 9 - 0 except for item 1.  Item 1 passed 8 - 0, with 1 abstention.
