RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION- March 20, 2000

Donegan and Marvine Elementary Schools' Construction Projects -
PlanCon F Approvals


INFORMATION:


To continue the PlanCon process, the Board of School Directors must certify all
submittals to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Additionally, this action
certifies that the proposed projects are in conformance with the district's Long Range
Plan of September 26, 1988, and also its amended Comprehensive Special Education Plan.
In an effort to keep the PlanCon process for the construction projects at Donegan and
Marvine Elementary Schools running smoothly, the Board of School Directors must
submit PlanCon Parts F (Final Construction Documents).


RECOMMENDATION:


That the Board of School Directors approve the attached transmittals of PlanCon, labeled
Parts F, needed to continue the PlanCon process for the Donegan and Marvine
Elementary Schools' Construction Projects.


*Copies of the attached transmittals are available in the Business Office of the
Education Center, 1516 Sycamore Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for review.
